Product Overview
DB59/HVBS series multistage ring-section pump are high-pressure self-balancing double-hull centrifugal pump with the symmetrical impellers. It adopts self hydraulic balance of axial force and the radial force is endured by journal bearing. It adopts full core-pulling structure of post draw-out type and central bearing structure. The non-driving end is equipped with swinging pad bearing to endure the axial force when the pump is started and the self hydraulic balance of axial force has not been built up. The hydraulic parts, such as impellers and guide blade, adopt national mature excellent hydraulic mode and the efficiency is 2~5% higher than the curve A of multi-stage centrifugal pump efficiency.

Applications

Used in high temperature heavy load occasions of oil refinery, petrochemical hydrogenation and coal chemical industry, crude oil transportation, chemical industry, boiler water feed in electric power plant, scale removal in steel mill, heating and air conditioning systems, oilfield flooding and offshore platform flooding, etc.
