Quality Assurance

In December 2002, our head office (Sunshine Pump Co.,Ltd) passed the certification of ISO9001: 2000 Quality Management System and BS-EN-ISO9001: 2001.

In January 2006, we obtained National Industrial Product Manufacture License. Our products were awarded the Certificate of Eligibility by China Product Quality Inspection Center and meet the GB/5656-1994 requirements after being tested by Shandong Quality Testing Center for Pump Products.

In April 2007, one of our centrifugal pumps was given a national patent.

     It can be ensured that all the key components of water pumps are manufactured in our factory.

     It can be ensured that the materials used conform to the related national standards.

     It can be ensured that each component has been inspected twice or more during the processing and all pressure components undergone a hydrostatic pressure test.

     It can be ensured that comprehensive hydraulic performance testing has been carried out for key products and products made for the first time, and conventional hydraulic performance testing required in the circle for other products.

     Equipment: Complete equipment for smelting, casting, machining, experimentation and laboratory testing

     Specialized Equipment and Precision: B-grade type test beds for pump products; G1.0-class precision for balancing equipment

     Equipment Processing Capacity: Pumps, more than 10,000 per year; parts for chemical industry, 500 tons per year

     Testing Equipment Capacity: Q = 10,000m3/h, H = 500m, P = 5.0MPa, T =80℃-300℃, one test bed for water pumps, measurement: Level 2

     Physical/Chemical Detection Capacity: Furnace detection and bath analysis

     Nondestructive Flaw Detection Capability: Equipments for infiltration, flaw detection, X-ray detection

     Technological Level: Medium frequency induction electric furnaces with advanced investment casting technique

     Workshop Area: 27,000m2, maximum lifting weight: 20t, maximum lifting height: 9.2m
