Product Overview
GD, GDS series vertical In-line pumps are single-stage, single-suction, radial split centrifugal pumps and designed according to API610 standard Petroleum, Heavy Chemical and Gas Industrial Centrifugal Pumps (eighth edition) and GB3215-82 standard General Technical Specifications of Centrifugal Pumps for Refinery Chemical and Petrochemical Processes.

Operating Temperature : GD Series: -20 ~ +150 ℃

Structural Features
GD series pump motor and common axis, lower in axial height and good in stability; between GDS series pump motor and the pump is a bearing frame, which is able to be used at higher temperatures and important occasions.
Compared with horizontal pumps with the same performance, vertical line pumps occupy smaller floor space and connect with simple pipelines to save the basic investment costs.
The impeller, pump body and pump cover are all equipped with replaceable sealing rings, and the seal part is equipped with shaft housing to simplify the maintenance and save the cost of spare parts.
The double volute pump body can effectively eliminate radial force and reduce pump vibration, so that the pump runs more smoothly.
The pump cover with cooling or heat preservation functions can be used to transport media with special temperature requirements, while the air relief cock on the cover can facilitate the exhaust of pipes and pumps before work.
The suitable sized sealed cavity can adopt packing seal and various structures of the mechanical seal, featured by good interchangeability and low modification cost and equipped with cooling, washing and sealing liquid system.
The flange connection type of line pump suction inlet and discharge outlet and the flange Executive Standards can be changed according to user requirements. The suction inlet and discharge outlet have the same flange nominal pressure rating and caliber.
The pump is in the clockwise rotation looking from the motor end.
