Horizontal Structure For the “draw-out” pump, the pipeline connected with the pump need not to be dismantled when checking and dismount the impellers and shaft seals. The pump is equipped with precisely processed pump shafts and bearings lubricated by thin oil. The packing gland also has protective shaft housing and the oil level in the bearing housing can be controlled by “constant level” oiler. The pump is casted with supporting feet to bear any load from the pipeline and directly transfer the load to the foundation. In doing so, the rotors will not be deformed by the load and thus the optimal service life of the bearing can be ensured. The pumps with the dimensions of 35-40 comply with NEN5802/DIN2532 standards in the size of inlet and outlet flanges; the pressure rating is 1.0MPa. The pressure rating of the pumps with larger specifications is 0.6MPa. The rotation direction of the pump: clockwise looking from the driving end.
