ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump, also called pipeline pump, adopts the performance parameters of IS centrifugal pumps, combined and designed on the basis of ordinary vertical pump. The series is suitable to transport clean water below 80℃, and other liquid similar to clean water in physical and chemical properties.
The ISG pumps are widely used in water supply and drainage of industry and city, pressurized water supply of high-rise buildings, irrigation of gardens, fire-fighting pressurization and relevant equipments.
This series have many advantages, such as wide range of performance parameters, convenient installation, little vibration, low noise, high efficiency, long service life and so on, very popular with users.

Operating Conditions
1. Inlet pressure is ≤1.0MPa, or Maximum operating pressure of pump system is ≤1.6MPa, that is inlet pressure+ pump head ≤1.6MPa. Testing pressure of pump static pressure is 2.5MPa. When placing an order, please detail system working pressure. When the pressure is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be raised separately in order to adopt cast steel when making flowing parts and connection parts.
2. Environment temperature is <40℃; relative humidity.
3. The volume of solid particle in the medium should not exceed 0.1% per unit area. Granularity is <0.2m.
Note: When placing an order please notify, if there’s fine particle in the medium, so that we can adopt wearing resistant mechanical seal.
Design Characteristics
The pump is vertical structure. Inlet and outlet have the same caliber in the same center line. It can be installed in piping like a valve with the advantages such as compact structure, good appearance, less land occupation, outdoor using with shield cover.
Impeller can be installed directly on the extension shaft of the motor. Short axial dimensions, compact structure, and rational allocation of pump and motor shaft can balance the radial and axial load produced by pump operation effectively. Therefore, the stable operation, little vibration and low noise can be ensured.
Shaft seal is mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination. Adopts imported titanium alloy seal ring, medium-sized heat-resistance mechanical seal and hard alloy wearing resistant seal which can lengthen the service life of mechanical seal effectively.
Convenient installation and maintenance. No need to dismantle piping system, all the rotor parts can be drawn out by dismantling the nut in joint base.
The two operation mode of pump in series or pump in parallel can be adopted according to using requirements that is flow rate and head.
The vertical installation or horizontal installation can be adopted according to the piping arrangement requirements.
