ZSW series double suction self-priming pump are a kind of self-priming pump with new structure and energy conservation.
There are two types from ZSW series self-priming pump. ZSW pumps are suitable for clean water or mild sewage water. Self priming and non-block sewage discharge combined into ZSWO and the technology of axial counterflow external mixed type and special design of casing and impeller's passage are adopted and the pump doesn't need bottom valve and irrigation water. ZSWO pumps can suction and discharge the liquid with big solid, long fiber, sediment, waste ore impurities, faeces and all of engineering sewage.
Widely applicable for the lines of urban discharge projects, light industry, paper making, textile, foodstuff, chemicals, electric power, petroleum, mines, agriculture and so on.

Design Characteristics
ZSW pumps are horizontal single-stage closed impeller centrifugal pumps and ZSWO pumps are fitted with open impeller. The impeller is placed on a sturdy designed shaft and the entire rotating assembly is dynamically balanced to provide a smooth, trouble free, longer and efficient operation.
In contrast, ZSW series double suction self-priming pumps have minor axial forces than single suction self-priming pumps.
The compact structure is designed and the pumps comprise a small of parts such as pump casing, impeller, shaft, shaft seal and vortex chamber cover. etc.
The location of pump inlet is at the front of pump casing and when pump running, there is minor axial forces acting on the shfat. The pumps can operate smoothly at the condition of little libration.
High suction head lift, short suction time, high suction efficiency.
The back pull out design allows for easy maintenance and repair as the rotating element may be removed without disturbing the system pipework.
